Thanksgiving Service 2023

Published 29th September 2023

This summer we have enjoyed celebrating our 65th Anniversary with a Sapphire Season of celebrations.

We’ve had garden parties, fundraising events, client competitions and more. The season culminated with our Thanksgiving Service at Christ Church Spitalfields in London earlier this month. This was a wonderful event where Langley people past and present gathered together to celebrate. On the day we heard from staff, clients and volunteers sharing about the impact of the work of our services across England.

Take a look at some of the photos below from the day.

Each of our services was also represented by a flag designed by their clients and staff. The flags were paraded in the church at the beginning of our service and then displayed for all to see. They provide a truly unique insight into our work and represent the creativity, diversity, care and community that is seen in each of our services and across Langley as a whole.

Thank you

Thank you to everyone who came and contributed to the event. We thank God for 65 years of transforming lives, and look forward to the next 65 years!
