Gold Award – Investors in People

Published 22nd August 2022

We are thrilled to share that we have been awarded ‘Gold’ once again by Investors in People (IiP).  This is a huge achievement as our assessment covers the last 3 years of unprecedented challenges through the pandemic; additionally, IiP have raised the bar and acknowledge that it is harder now to secure the Gold standard than in previous years as they want to keep it meaningful.

Speaking about the award Tracy Wild, our CEO, said

‘Langley has demonstrated for the third time, through being awarded Investors in People Gold, its capacity to prioritise outstanding service delivery and the care of its people. I am extremely proud of the unstinting dedication that our people bring to their roles with Langley. It has been a privilege to see Langley as an organisation grow from strength to strength and continue to be awarded this hallmark of excellence. Of course, Langley is determined to actively learn and grow so that our services remain trusted, relevant and life changing for our clients.”

What did Investors in People say about Langley:

  • ‘Culturally as ever, Langley House Trust is a strong contender for high achievement levels against the Investors in People framework. The Trust has a strong set of embedded Values that are at the cornerstone of the way in which it operates.’
  • We were commended for our people management and leadership development capability; and the way we reward and recognise our staff featured strongly.

All that remains then is a huge congratulations to all of our Langley people, and thank you for the work you continue to deliver so well.
