CQC Recognises Good Practice

On 25th January 2022 one of our registered care homes, Chatterton Hey, was inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are delighted to share the report published on 15th February which awards a rating of ‘good’ consistently across all areas of the inspection criteria. Examples of good practice are highlighted in the report which can be read here.
We are immensely proud of our staff who have continued to deliver strong, quality care services throughout this challenging time.
