Published 12th May 2023

We are delighted to share that we have been officially named a Top 5 Government & Non-Profit Inspiring workplace in The 2023 EMEA Inspiring Workplaces Awards. This is such an honour and a real testament to the commitment we show to our people.

Our CEO Tracy Wild shared her thoughts:

“We’re so proud to have been celebrated in this list. We aspire to be the best we can for all our people, impacting clients and staff alike. Inspiring Workplaces knows what good looks like within organisational culture and we are delighted to be ranked so highly.”

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards is judged by an independent panel and takes in to account an organization’s commitment to six key elements it believes are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace. They are:

  • Culture and Purpose
  • Leadership
  • Wellbeing
  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Communication
  • Employee Experience

Our CEO Tracy attended the awards last night with Olukemi, Director of People and Ali, Head of Commmunciations
