The Passing of Lord Ramsbotham

Published 16th December 2022

Langley Trust are very grateful for all the support Lord David Ramsbotham has given to the Trust over many years as both a patron and friend. We are deeply saddened to hear that he has passed away. His family and friends will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Many staff and trustees will personally remember Lord Ramsbotham, his warm support of our work was unstinting, he was a tireless and passionate advocate for rehabilitation, prisoners’ rights and a fairer justice system.

We are incredibly grateful for Lord Ramsbotham’s support over many years. May he rest in peace.
