Lettings and Voids Procedure

Lettings and voids are opposites. We can’t have one without the other. For a Letting to take place, there must have been a void first, and when a letting finishes, we are left with a void. This procedure details what we do with our properties to ensure they are safe and clean to live in before a client arrives and after they leave.
