Welcome to the Annual Report to Clients 2024-2025
We’re pleased to share this year’s Report with you! This report covers everything we did from April 2024 to March 2025 to make sure our housing and support services are working well for you. It’s part of how we stay open and honest about what we do — and it’s something we’re required to do by the Regulator of Social Housing, who checks that housing providers are doing a good job.
You should been handed a printed copy of the report in your service. If you haven’t, please speak to your support worker. You can also read an online copy below.
We also have a video available on this page where we speak to clients in Murray Lodge and Kadesh to get live feedback on how we’ve met the standards set out by the regulator. If you have any feedback or concerns on any of the issues covered in the video, positive or not, please speak to staff. Or, you can speak to your client rep who can pass on your feedback to staff.
