HMP Fosse Way is a privately managed prison operated by Serco. We are sub-contracted to deliver advice services solely within the prison alongside other resettlement partners. This service is designed to complement existing advice services and serve more complex cases.
We provide a specialist accommodation advisor and debt advisor to work within the resettlement hub in the prison to provide support for individuals planning for release. The service includes:
- Debt consolidation, establishing repayment plans and providing budgeting skills
- Specialist work to prevent debt escalating whilst the individual is incarcerated
- Support for more complex cases where access to services may be hindered by additional barriers they may face, due to age, mobility or offence type
