Benefits of becoming a Property Partner

Benefits of becoming a property partner

  • Your rental agreement will be directly with Langley Trust, and not with individual occupants. We always use a Company Let Agreement, and as a Registered Social Landlord we have greater control over the property, especially in light of the Renters Rights Bill
  • All the rent will be paid and guaranteed by the Langley Trust, not our clients, so there will be no rental voids and the landlord has a stable and reliable source of income
  • We are in it for the long term – we prefer to rent properties for several years, so this gives you additional security and peace of mind
  • We have our own dedicated Property Management department who handle tenancies and property maintenance, in-line with the lease agreement
  • All of our properties are maintained to way above and beyond the strict RSL standards
  • We have many years’ experience of renting properties and we can supply references from many landlords with whom we have worked for many years
  • We are happy to work alongside the landlord in fitting out any agreed property improvements, particularly anything related either to energy efficiency or health and safety, such as smoke alarms etc.
  • When vacating a property we always leave it in at least as good condition as we found it, usually considerably better
